E-democracy is not a magic wand that can solve all existing problems. But it is an opportunity to involve as many people as possible in decision-making processes, and therefore more resources and capacity to solve problems. It is a mechanism for the formation of transparency, accountability, citizen participation and the opportunity to create the future of their state together now.
